First time Ovulated in years

AF was 12/2-12/6. Positive Digital

Ovulation at CD 14. I have PCOS and took 5mg of femara this cycle to induce ovulation. I AM LATE AS USUAL. AF no showing at all just cramps and my boobs are sore and feel bloated 😔 Took $1 pregnacy test at 12/31 and it was negative. I dont know what to do anymore...
