implant vs depo shot

i am so confused/worried about what one i should do. i have no girl friends to talk about this with.. i think the implant would be better to get because i heard you can take it out anytime you need to vs the shot because the hormones are in you all at once and you cant take that out of your body.. pills just dont work for me either because i dont like estrogen or im too over weight.. i just need a little assurance and a little comforting to make me feel better🙃 thank you
