Lactose Intolerant???????
So yesterday I was ready to start the new year with motivation to clean more and eat better. I decided to cut down on my caffeine intake slowly and had my coffee with more milk than usual and a bowl of cereal for breakfast. MINUTES later I’m in the bathroom, crapping my guts out.
I felt sick the rest of the day.
I had a late lunch of leftover chili with a glass of milk.
Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

Had cereal for dinner.
Repeat. Repeat repeat repeat. With stomach cramps.
Today. I felt fine. Had an egg with toast for breakfast. No issue. Coffee later with milk.
Yup... 🌋
Chili for lunch. Fine. No milk with it. But sour cream in it. Not terrible.
Chocolate milk for dessert after a roast for dinner. (Because I am a child.)
Cramps, nausea, explosion in butt. You name it.
I love milk. I drink whole milk. I have about a glass a day.
But I have been extremely gassy and cannot live like this! Is this lactose intolerance?
