Still very confused about wether I need a breast pump:/

Due next month, and every one is getting breast pumps, I want to know if i should buy one, i would also like for my husband to help feed our baby with a bottle, n i told one of the ladies from wic about it n all she Said was " do you really want to be cleaning bottles and carrying them around ? N that I can manually squeeze the milk out but I don't want to because I heard it hurts more than it would if I used a pump,
