Depo shot stopping period

Last month I received birth control for the first time I made the choice of the shot. My ogbyn told me that it may stop my period and at the time I was on my period about the third day of my 7 day period and it had stopped. Now the next month has come and yes I have had unprotected sex but I waited two weeks after the depo to have sex. I’m not showing any signs or getting my period and it’s suppose to be two days away are any of you on he depo and don’t get your period anymore. Also how do I let the app know I don’t get my period anymore. Thanks for all your help :)
