Is hunting okay while pregnant?

My SO and I enjoy hunting together and i was wondering if anyone had heard anything about hunting while pregnant. Loud shotguns, field dressing deer/ducks- is this okay to do while pregnant?

hi! I'm like 23 weeks pregnant right now and I just went deer hunting last week in the freezing cold! I also hunted threw my first pregnancy . I don't think noise matters. only thing I can say is the further along you get the harder it is to get up into a tree stand! Also holding it for long amounts of time is hard when your trying to hunt with a baby on your bladder ! I would say wear a harness in the stand just in case , to protect you and baby ! happy hunting !!

I've been going on hikes( 4hrs or longer), as well as attending concerts my whole pregnancy without an issue. live your life normally 😀

I asked my OB the same question, she said she didn’t see a reason why I shouldn’t and that it would be okay.
