Pink discharge at 9 weeks pregnant, normal??

Question

I was walking around my house today and noticed a lot of discharge so I went to the bathroom and it was pink. I was just wondering if this was normal at 9 weeks. I just don’t want to go to the doctor if this is completely normal

I wouldn’t worry about it too much, like the other comment said, it can be totally normal. I had brown spotting since I was 5 weeks til 10 weeks and my baby was totally fine. If it gets worse, like dark red / clots then go to your doctor. Or even if you just want peace of mind then go, I did and he sent me for an early scan and it made me feel so much better! Do whatever makes you feel reassured :)

Spotting can be normal in the first trimester, but I’d let the doctor know anyway since they usually like to keep tabs on how you’re doing. Also it never hurts to hear your doctor’s office reassure you.
