Opk help.

Elizabeth • I`m 23 I have one beautiful son Miguel and a sweet baby Lena. Married 6 years and done with having kids.
I'm new to opks so I need a little help. The top one is yesterday. The bottom one is today. Should I consider this my positive or test again tonight or in the morning? Any help will be greatly appreciated. ​
