Embryos, transfers and acupuncture... OH MY!

Hubby and I just started the process for IVF with ISCI this month. I have lots of questions still, mostly I was wondering if the embryos are graded automatically after fertilization or does that typically cost extra for testing?

I’ve heard there’s a higher success rate with frozen rather than fresh (looking for experience stories with both).

Also, how did you decide how many embryos to transfer? Was it based on the grade of your embryos or did you already decide before starting fertility treatment how many you wanted to transfer?

Lastly, how do I keep from going crazy during this whole process?!. I’m scared, excited, nervous and uncertain 😩
