If your elevated temps are from illness then I'd say this is anovulatory

I would say no. Not according to your temps anyway. Do you temp at the same time every morning? Are there any factors on any days to make a temp questionable like a poor sleep or alcohol? 
To confirm ovulation you need to wait until you have 3 temps above the coverline with the last temp being at least .2 above the coverline. (Or a 4th temp above the coverline) the coverline should go .1 above the highest of the previous 6 low temps. Following these rules, the only temps that would qualify to confirm ov are the last few but since they are elevated due to sickness it doesn’t count.
