Cold season

My daughter (15 months) is battling a cold. Her nose is very runny/stuffy and she has more poopy diapers then normal. I can tell her body is trying to fight it due to the change in her diapers (very mucusy) though because of increase in changes her bottom is now turning red. We have tried just letting her hang out naked for a little, a warm bath, and putting destin/A+D on at every diaper change. We also have the humidifier on during bedtime and naps. What are somethings I can do to help her start to feel better? She has had this cold for almost a week now.
