Essential Oils
So I just got an oil diffuser and a set of 18 oils...but I was just informed that I shouldnt use some oils while pregnant and also around my almost 2 year old...any ladies know which ones are safe for both because I guess Ill be buying stock in that. I guess I assumed when I got it that it would be better for us as a family to breathe in vs. glade and fabreeze things.
