Please help me? Chemical Pregnancy?

This is now my 6th BFP this week and today is the day my P is supposed to start. I got a BFP this morning and this afternoon after drinking a lot of water.
However, I feel period-y. Lower back pain, cramp age, upset belly, I also have brown blood and red blood that’s minimal but more than spotting. What is going on? Is this a chemical pregnancy?? Please help

Keep an eye on your bleeding , if it’s light it could be nothing to worry about and even if it’s heavier that can happen sometimes but worst case scenario is a chemical , you will know if this is the case by testing every other day to see if your line gets darker . Hugs xx

Cramping is very common as is spotting. As long as it is just slight spotting and disappears and not full period like bleeding with clots it may just be implantation bleeding so give it a few days and see what happens then test again if your period hasn't fully shown up
