Just being cautious

So we are gonna start trying again in February! I'm super excited! We have been taking the couples prenatal pack & will continue to take it until we conceive. Is there anything else we should be doing ? Also my doctor said have sex every other day.. does it matter if we have sex more than that? Let me know some tips guys! I was diagnosed with a medical condition within the last year that's gonna make it hard to conceive but should reverse the disease & save my life ! Crazy right ?♥️ also my mother had atleast 5 miscarriages before conceiving. Just wanted to get everyone's tips & tricks for everything before during & after lmk ! Baby dust to all!
