Weaning tips

So my baby girl will be eleven months in a few days. Not one drop of formula! What a wonderful and challenging journey it has been :) I’m wanting to wean her after a year (so in about a month), though if it takes a little longer that’s fine! Just wondering if there are any tips and suggestions for weaning to make it easier on her. She nurses four times a day and 1-2 times at night. She nurses herself to sleep at night. Really mostly worried about how to wean the night feedings and if that means she’ll wake up way earlier hungry? Right now she sleeps from about 8:30p-8:30a, waking up at 5 or 6 am to nurse, sometimes 1 or 2 am as well. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!!!
