I think bio oil works for some but not all people. It’s worth a try but you have to stay dedicated and not miss and applications!

Maderma scar cream worked for me.

I’ve heard bio oil works but I don’t know what it is or how it works. I always used some stronger cocoa butter/shea butter and they faded to be very light over the years. That bigger scar looks like a keloid, if you use either of those creams to have to make sure you rub and massage it in to that keloid, get the blood flowing in that spot.
