first time ivf cycle will start my next period 😱😱
Super anxious and nervous the thought of this and the hope of it happening and thr fear of a BFN ... all at once. I got a anxiety attack at the gym today and i ve gone to gym for years and first time ever i get one. Anyone have any wise words or ideas to help me relax
