Can you orgasm?

I think I started masturbating around 10 years old and I've never had any trouble reaching orgasm so it really surprised me that some women can't. I can probably reach orgasm within five minutes from not being turned on or less than a minute if I already am and can keep going pretty easily. I've not had a partner yet so this is all solo but I'd always assumed every woman could do so.

If you can only get an orgasm from one specific thing e.g. With a partner doing xyz or alone doing xyz, use that as your vote to keep it simple.
