Hello ladies, can you give me idea of what pre natal vitamins do you usually take especially for those who are trying to get pregnant for their first baby, i am kinda sad now because i got my period yesterday 😭. We tried our best during my fertile windows but still, no baby 😭. I am 32 now and i really want to have baby. I am 4mos married now. Your input will be much appreciated. Thank you

not all prenatal are the same. clearly. This is a dumb statement. I would find a whole foods all natural prenatal such as smarty pants or ritual

I think most prenatal vitamins are similar. They aren’t going to help you get pregnant per se, but they help prepare your body with the appropriate vitamins and minerals to sustain a healthy pregnancy. I take “One A Day Prenatal with DHA and Folic Acid” but I have taken others in the past.

I take Major- my dr prescribed them to me. i like them but no baby yet

This is what I take! We’re also TTC our first. I had a dr appointment yesterday & he said make sure it has folic acid....which this does. Good luck❤️
