i changed my diet to help my gormones move more properly. two juices (breakfast and lunch).. i bought a juicer and found detox, fertility, and hormone help recipes. and then for dinner i would have a light protein and high vegetable meal. cut out caffeine, and exercised everyday (even if it was just a walk).... weve been trying to conceive for three years and the month i made rhese changes, we conceived. we also stopped having sex everyday and uust had sex the week i was ovulating. also prenatals and evening primrose oil. i high recommend the juicing part. my dr said that it helped my ovulation anf hormones. im already a vegetarian so it wasnt that hsrd, but it was hard to not snack all day, and to get used to drinking my meals instead of crunching them. but i lost 13 lvs and gained a child lol. sendinf baby vibes your way 💖
