Sperm analysis question

We have been trying to conceive since June. My husband had a sperm analysis done and he had a high count of round cells, and “n/a” for sperm total count, head defects, Sperm total count and motility. In the comments it said rare motile and non-motile sperm seen, approx 1 motile and 2 non motile sperm seen every 15 high power fields.

Can anyone help with this?!?

They told him to get another one done but has anyone experienced this???
