We use babyganics teething pods... and lots of teething toys!

My son just started down the path of teething. He is 8 months and currently working on tooth 3 & 4. When he shows discomfort I pull out my YL oils. I apply a small amount of copiaba on the tip of my finger and apply directly to the gums. it's amazing how well and quickly he receives relief! At this point we haven't needed any otc pain meds!

If you get one of those mesh feeders and put frozen breast milk (or formula) in it and let him chew it that helps a lot too
