My family and friends have all told me not to put my arms above my head I sleep arms above my head I need to stretch bc my back is killing me and I can’t pop it anymore is there anything else this kid wants from me???

Well, I sleep with my arms under my pillow. I reach up high to get / put food in my cabinets. Doctor even approved me to pop my own back at home...I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant & doing just fine. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My mom told me this, she said it can make the cord go around baby’s neck. I of course ignored her. My daughter was in fact born with her cord around the lower part of her neck. I honestly think it had nothing to do with it though just a coincidence.
