16 wks, pain from side sleeping
I'm 16 weeks, and just woke up in a lot of pain. I fell asleep on my right side for a couple hours and now I feel like my whole right side of my abdomen is cramped up.
has anyone else felt this? I thought side sleeping was the best option?
it finally went away after about 20 minutes and me shifting positions
