I've been crampy all day to start with was throwing up earlier from the cramps. then we had sex here at 1 am and ever since I've been having contractions (my belly gets super hard, and it hurts and doesn't change with movement) then at the last minute I have explosive diaheri with what I consider a regular bowel movement towards the end? could I get dialating more and heading into labor. 39 weeks now and at my appointment Thursday I was 1 cm and halfway thinned out.
