Why I stop symptom spotting during 2WW

Hi everyone,

I got married in April and in May my husband and I decided to begin trying for a baby. We hadn't talked about it much previous to marriage but we knew that we both wanted children.

Once we started trying I began symptom checking everyday and basically stressing myself out convincing myself it had happened. Then feeling very let down when AF arrived.

After only 3 months TTC I decided to have a break. Maybe I wasn't ready!

I took up yoga and have purchased myself an aromatherapy kit which I love! I'm feeling so much more relaxed and this new year we have began trying again. I'm only checking when my fertile window is and ignoring any symptoms of cramp, cravings, etc.

Hopefully this more relaxed and patient approach will help me. Just need to stay calm, exercise, eat well, sleep well and of course baby dance lol
