Anyone else have SPD? Symphsis pubic dysfunction

This is baby #3 and it’s excruciating. Feels like my pelvic bone is literally breaking and my back pain is out of control. Dr said I have spd. (Bones are opening way too early) I got a back brace but still working full time, taking care of 2 little ones. I’m 28 weeks and nervous for how much worse this can get. Anyone else gone through this???

I had this starting around 24 weeks with my first pregnancy, and it continued postpartum. My son just turned two — i did months and months of physical therapy, and still go back occasionally when it flares up again (for example, if I lift something heavy). I just found out I’m pregnant with #2, so I’ve been religiously doing my PT exercises in the hope that it will prevent it or lessen it. Fingers crossed. Highly recommend finding a good PT right now!

I had this for the last 8 weeks or so my first pregnancy it was horrrribbble. Knowing that it'll probably be worse this time is scary ☹️ the biggest help I found has having my husband help me get up so I didn't have to use my muscles as much but that only helped half the time.

Sure did...it was pure torture 🙃 I just dealt with it which absolutely sucked but there wasn’t really anything my midwife could do for me!

I have back pain, sciatic issues, and pelvic floor dysfunction. I just started physical therapy. I'm 21 weeks. I think I have spd too but not it is such a weirs and painful feeling. I did not have this lond of pain with my first pregnancy

I had it with my first starting at 18 weeks. It's excruciating. You have to modify your movements and try some exercises. There are belts that help some women and physio might help too. I'm only 14 weeks with this one and have started feeling some discomfort.
