I’ve been extremely stressed with AP English assignments that were supposed to be finished over holiday break which ends tomorrow night. All of the books that I ordered for it took way longer than it usually would to arrive, leaving me to start the work three days before it was due. My period also decided to happen at the same time and it had to give me some of the worst cramps and the most intense nauseating feeling that I’ve ever had. I was an overwhelmed mess and all I wanted were chocolate cupcakes with tons of icing to make things better. My boyfriend knew how hard I’ve been on myself to get everything finished on time and how I really wanted cupcakes. I was at my dad’s all weekend, so he asked what time I would be getting back to my mom’s. I didn’t think much of it and I told him the time. I got home and decided to shower before I went back to working on the school thing. When I came back to my room, I saw a box of cupcakes that were exactly how I wanted them sitting on my bed and a text from my boyfriend that said, “Here you go, beautiful. Cupcakes described by you.” He drove in a rainstorm just to bring me cupcakes. I think I have found the one lol
