Mucus plug loss until labor start???

Gross way to start a post BUT...I think I just lost my mucus plug!! How long from when you lost it until you started labor?

I started contracting consistently an hour after I lost my plug. My water broke about three hours later. Had my boy eight hours after that! Good luck!! ☺️

I lost mine a week ago and am now 40+5. No sign of labour yet. Ugh

I was in labor within 12 hours of losing mine!

It can be anything from immediate to a week or two. But it's definitely the start! Hang in there!
