Are usually start my period on a Tuesday but last month I started on Monday and I’m on birth control. Today is Monday and I’m nervous if I don’t start it but I had sex twice this month both times double protected so I shouldn’t be worried right? Maybe just keep early last month? I feel like I’m really stressed and overthinking and I don’t wanna make my period late
