When did you move baby to crib?

during 3 month he became so alert that any sound we made hed wake up so he had to move to a crib in his own room

Hypothetically speaking at four months, from bassinet to crib. Turns out she hated the crib and instead ended up in my bed lol

We moved our daughter at 8 weeks, but I don't know if we will do the same for the next one. At the time it was a necessity because my husband worked nights and when he got up at 2-3am it would wake her.

I moved mine into his crib at 3 months. My maternity leave was ending and I’m a light sleeper so every tiny little noise would wake me up. I wanted decent sleep to go back to work. 
I’ll add that I was lucky and my son has always been a good sleeper. I usually had to wake him up to feed him at night so the transition was pretty easy for both of us.

As soon as he could sleep for long stretches which was around 8 weeks. With our second baby though he has reflux so probably not until he outgrows it. Until then he sleeps in a rock n play.
