Protective order hearing Friday 😩nervous

I have a temporary protective order on my child’s father. The permanent protection order hearing is scheduled for Friday I am extremely nervous about it after finding out that he has the right to be there as well as testify and question me any tips on how to get through this with a little more ease from someone who may have been in a similar situation?
