Serious cramping !?

Does anyone know why I'm cramping!? It's really bad and I only cramp when I'm having my period but I'm no where near.. It's only on one side as well. Ouchhhh 😔😔

I'm having that now. Cramps and pulling feelings on both sides and lower back. I'm also in my ovulation week. First time I've gotten pains like this 😞
