my daughter has had this rash since yesterday, it doesn't seem to want to go away, I'm going to book an appointment with her doctor in the morning but want an idea of what it COULD be

Did she have a fever recently (like the last few days)? Could be viral, eczema or hives. Hives a good test is wether the bumps move, like one single hive shouldn’t stay for over 24 hours, the reaction can stay but individual hives should come and go, that’s what the allergist told us. If there was a high fever that ended a day or two ago (like very high fever) it’s likely roseola. If not could still be viral, just probably not roseola.
