back pain
hey everyone! I feel like I always ask the dumb questions but I've been getting a terrible pain in my back for the last two days. at first it felt like it needed cracked but now it feels like I got a pinched nerve and it hurts so bad. I have an appointment tomorrow. but I just wanted to know if this was normal or if I should go in now. its bearable if I lay down or bend and hold my knees. but if I sit or stand it hurts so bad.
