Lonley in this pregnancy

I just need to vent! Im so sad.. how i wish my bf was the type of guy that touches my belly and talks to the baby.. im 29 weeks and honestly i can count with one hand how many times he has touched my belly or even talked to the baby... i feel so lonley, the way he act makes me not feel excited for OUR FIRST BABY. Why do yall think hes like that? ive asked him so many times if he loves this baby and he always says yes but it doesnt feel like it.. when people congratulate him about being a dad he acts dumb and acts like he didnt hear them.. i feel like this baby is not wanted by him😔

Are there any guys out there who are like that too? Is he just to shy to show how he really feels..?
