I never felt flutters. I started feeling that popping/flicking feeling at 18 weeks too

So I was 18weeks+6 yesterday and I thought I felt the babies (twins) kick, only it felt like bubbles popping under the skin on my tummy. Is this normal? It wasn’t the ‘normal’ flutters everybody talks about! 😬
