Blood test for egg count?

So I got the call yesterday afternoon and I’m still so new to this process of IVF. She told me my egg level or the hormone they test was a 0.08. Anyone know how low of a chance that means I have of a successful IVF. My apt with my doctor isn’t till next Wednesday at 345 but the nurse said that for my age (31) that they didn’t expect it to be that low and would need to start this ASAP so I assume that means it’s bad. I have no kids of my own and found out IVF was my only option in 2010 at the age of 23. At that time it was just my tubes were swollen and scared up but I guess the blood loss to the ovaries caused my eggs to die. I’m so scared but I’m going to keep trying not matter what.
