Alcohol consumption early in pregnancy

So I found out I am pregnant with my second child at4 weeks pregnant. I had every PMS symptom you can imagine so I had no reason to think I was pregnant. That being said I had alcohol a few times a week up until I found out I was pregnant and then obviously stopped. My question is has anyone else been in this position ? Should I be nervous about possible damage done ? My first appointment isn’t until another two weeks and the stress is killing me!! Am I over reacting !? 5w1day now
