weird symptoms

hi ladies. I also have PCOS, taking metformin 1000mg a day, took provera to jump my period which came and only lasted 3 days, which is odd, cause mines usually last 7 days, took clomid. ok I did have the egg white stretchy consistency, but when I took the ovulation test, it said negative. I been having cramps in my lower abdomen, nipples is sore still sore, back aches and and a few other symptoms. I'm now I cd25. I did my cd21 test, but haven't heard anything about it.so my question is what could it be? I know it's to early to test for pregnancy, I need help!!!
