Overdoing it causing pain and tightening in stomach
I'm 31 weeks but for awhile now while cleaning at night, my back starts aching and my stomach muscles get really tight and I just feel so uncomfortable & need to sit down a take a minute and breathe it out. It also happens from bending over too much. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you think I'm just overdoing it and should leave the cleaning to my hubs?
