Cm clarification??

I’m really irregular , I believe I ovulated on CD 28-29 based on Eggwhite discharge 😓 I’ve been having SOooo many systems, from light dizziness , cramping left right and middle side.. tenderness/ichy nipples.. really watery/creamy discharge. Took a test this morning & it was negative. I should be getting my period if I had a “regular cycle”
