Am I️ wrong?

So just barely me and my boyfriend decided to have a few drinks. I️ had a pizza in one hand and a mikes lemonade in the other. I️ handed him to mikes to open. He opened it, and gave it back to me. After he gave it back we started talking and I️ completely forgot he opened the mikes so I️ tossed it on my bed and realized what I️ just did. I️ started laughing because I️ realized how stupid that was of me. My boyfriend freaked out and jumped up. When he jumped up the liquid that was on the bed obviously started going his way and got on his phone (that was under his leg and probably wouldn’t have gotten on it if he didn’t jump up like that) a little bit. So now he isnt talking to me and is obviously mad at me. After I️ was done giggling I️ apologized for getting it on his phone. So what do I️ do? Does he really have the right to be mad?

UPDATE: no his phone was not at all damaged. It was literally like 2 drops. And I️ was drunk. It was me being impaired not careless
