Hypothyroidism and acid reflux
This is more or less just a rant as I’m trying to sleep sitting up and my baby is kicking up at my stomach (or I assume that’s what’s happening) I keep having waves of acid reflux going on and i can’t take anything for it because I have hypothyroidism and I can’t take any sort of stuff within 4 hours before or after I take my thyroid medicine. Absolutely miserable because I can’t even go get a drink of water because it only makes it worse.
