Extreme Pain with sex occasionally

A couple of weeks ago I started to feel some discomfort during sex. I got up to go pee after and started cramping. Within another minute or so I was doubled over in agony with extremely painful cramping. There was a small amount of bleeding that came out when I went pee that lasted for a few hours. I also had extreme abdominal bloating and distention that lasted for several days. When I went to the walk in clinic, they were at a loss. I was in the “two week waiting period” so the doctor gave me a requisition for a blood pregnancy test to rule out an ectopic pregnancy which came back negative. My natural path also didn’t totally know what to make of it other then possibly a ruptured ovarian cyst. It’s not the first time this has happened but it has never been this painful. Has anyone else had an experience with such a thing??
