Trying to become healthy

I'm 19, and weigh 165-170. Just last year I weighed 145 before I met my boyfriend & before college. I've tried advocare, I try to work out but I can't breathe anymore. I have no energy to do anything and it bothers me so much. Like I don't know what to do to get energy. I'm tired all the time and I sleep a lot too. I don't eat fast food that much. I guess I'm just looking for advice to get energy agin and back on track. The first picture is me now
