the first pictures are my butt summer of 2016 and the second picture is my butt yesterday after 3.5 months of religiously working out and eating right!! Yayyyy squats!



**UPDATE** For everyone asking how I did it. I mainly do weighted squats, jump squats (my favorite), donkey kicks, hip thrusts, weighted lunges, single leg dead lifts, and 45 sec sumo squats. I also do a ton of cardio (lately a lot of jump rope and elliptical). I work out every other day but I target each work out to a specific part of my body I would like to tone to avoid injury and to allow my body to heal (i've also been going hard on my abs!) As for my diet, I am not too crazy about counting calories. I stick to healthy and beneficial foods and balence everything out. For example, my typical breakfast is either yogurt, egg whites and turkey bacon, or avocado toast on whole wheat. My typical lunch salad or grilled chicken with fresh veggies. My typical dinner chicken or salmon, black beans or brown rice, vegetables. ** ** ** I would also like to throw out there that i do have little cheat snacks every now and then.
