I got my faint positive on 1/6 and it was faint but it was there. Now today I started spotting.... I had a few sharp pains earlier in the day but now that I am spotting there are no pains or cramps accompanying it. I’m mostly confused because I wanted to get a strong positive before making an appointment with my OB but now I’m thinking I’m not going to get one. I’m trying not to stress but it’s so confusing. From my understanding if you do miscarry this early there isn’t anything to be done, you just simply pass the embryo. I feel like that is so harsh, because to me it’s a baby not just a ball of flesh. My emotions are every where right now
