Does anyone else have REALLY HEAVY spotting with the Nexplanon Implant

So basically I’ve recently started having REALLY HEAVY spotting, like period level spotting. I know it’s not my period because when I’m on my period I have an INSANELY heavy flow. I got the Nexplanon Implant in October and i just want to know if this symptom is normal

It's normal, some girls spot a lot between periods with the implant and some don't have a period at all

I’ve also had a Period on my Implant (twice) and it’s the same flow as before just on a regular cycle now
