I'll be honest. I do, sometimes. Only if I REALLY fuck with what I'm saying. But you gotta be your own biggest fan right? 
If you don't, do you mind that other people do? 
If you do, why do you do it? 
And I always wonder about this because sometimes the MOST out of pocket comments/topics have one upvote 👀
